Hand crafted in small batches with minimal intervention, we use 100% fresh fruit and never add concentrate, sugar, flavour or water. Our artisan approach produces ciders that are crisp, dry, fresh and fruit driven. A true representation of real cider.
Funk Cider’s philosophy is simple: A world free of hangovers.
Funk Cider is one of the only cideries in Australia to make a range of natural ciders that are completely free from preservatives, and are not pasteurised! Funk Cider is owned and run by two young country brothers, Dustin and Martin Michael. They were told that cider made without preservatives, sulphites or pasteurisation was impossible. Like waving a red flag at a bull, they were determined to make it work. And they did!
